How are the catalogues raisonnés packed and protected for shipping?
Each catalogue raisonné and art publication receives meticulous care. Volumes are individually wrapped in high-density bubble film, fitted with heavy-duty corner guards, and placed in rigid double-wall shipping boxes designed to withstand international transit and keep bindings pristine.
What are the delivery times and partner carriers?
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours from Neuilly-sur-Seine. In France, delivery takes 48 hours via Colissimo with signature. For the European Union and worldwide destinations (Switzerland, USA, Asia...), delivery is operated by DHL Express or FedEx Priority within 3 to 5 business days.
Can I request a personalized dedication by Patrick Offenstadt?
With great pleasure! If you wish Patrick Offenstadt (author and expert) to personally dedicate your volume to you or a loved one, simply mention it in the "Special instructions or dedication" field during checkout.
Is payment on the website completely secure?
Absolutely. Payments are processed by our global partner Stripe Inc., certified PCI-DSS Level 1 (the highest standard in the banking industry). All communications use 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. Galerie Offenstadt never stores your card details.
How can I order an official Certificate of Authenticity for an artwork?
You can order appraisal services and official certificates directly through our cart, or contact us beforehand with photographs and dimensions of your artwork. Patrick Offenstadt will perform scientific and stylistic examinations and issue the certificate on secure watermarked vellum, catalogued in the official archives.
Will I receive an official invoice with VAT details?
Yes. Upon order confirmation, an official detailed invoice (with itemized VAT, legal notices, and gallery registration numbers) is generated and sent directly to your email.
What is your customer support and return policy?
